1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By purchasing any plan or participating in any session, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Service Providers

• Tennis Focus Academy provides coaching services

• Spelthorne Community Tennis Centre (Community Tennis Ltd) provides court access and membership services

Where applicable, services may be purchased together as part of a monthly plan.

3. Separate Services

Where a monthly plan is purchased, it may include:

• A Coaching Programme, provided by Tennis Focus Academy

• A Court Membership, provided by Spelthorne Community Tennis Centre

These are separate and independent services, even where purchased together.

4. Contracts

By purchasing a plan:

• Your coaching contract is with Tennis Focus Academy

• Your court membership contract is with Spelthorne Community Tennis Centre

5. Payments

• Payments are made monthly in advance

• Payments may be processed together for convenience

• This does not affect the fact that services are supplied separately

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Court Access and Guest Fees

Court access is provided through court membership.

Customers without a valid court membership may attend coaching sessions subject to:

• A guest court fee per session

7. Coaching Sessions

• Sessions must be booked in advance

• Plans include a maximum number of sessions per month

• Sessions are non-transferable

• Missed sessions are not refundable

Sessions must be cancelled within the required notice period.

8. Weather and Cancellations

Coaching sessions may be cancelled due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions.

• Where possible, alternative sessions will be offered

• No refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations

9. Medical and Fitness

Participants must be physically fit to take part in coaching sessions.

Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.

Participation is at your own risk.

10. Membership Terms

• Court membership provides access to book courts

• Floodlight charges may apply

• Court availability is subject to demand and scheduling

11. Term and Cancellation

• Memberships are rolling monthly agreements

• One full calendar month’s notice is required

• Notice must be given in writing

12. Policies and Safeguarding

We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment.

By participating, you agree to all policies including:

• Child Protection Policy

• Code of Practice for Young People

• Code of Practice for Parents and Guardians

• Equality and Diversity Policy

• Health and Safety Code

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

13. Clothing and Equipment

All players must wear appropriate sports clothing.

Non-marking tennis shoes must be worn. Players must ensure footwear provides adequate support and grip.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if unsuitable footwear or clothing is worn.

14. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund for:

• Inappropriate behaviour

• Abuse of facilities

• Safeguarding breaches

• Disruption to others

15. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

16. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

We accept no liability for loss or theft.

17. Data Protection

We comply with data protection legislation.

18. Website Use

We reserve the right to amend content, pricing, and terms at any time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
